This really about you and helping you find more profit and more joy in your business. I'm passionate about profit and joy because in 2009, we lost our construction supplies business.... not because we weren't profitable, but because we were in the wrong industry. All housing businesses came to screeching halt. Had we been MORE profitable, we might have been able to weather the storm.
We lost our business, our investments, and our home... but we managed to avoid bankruptcy. Ironically, the next job I got was as a CEO of a real estate brokerage and my number 1 job was to increase profit! That's where I learn about profit levers in a business. Although we had been profitable in our business, I'm not sure I understood the profit levers. As the CEO, I learned what they were and increased profit 525% in 4 years.
And I was hooked on profit! As I networked with other business owners, I started to realize that learning about the profit levers in your business is NOT obvious. So that's when my coaching journey began. I spent 4 years in a very intensive coaching program to master the skill of coaching. Prior to the pandemic I had been flying around the country teaching a 7 week coaching program to business owners.
Day 2 of the pandemic, I opened my coaching businesses target at B2B and B2C business owners. I happen to love sales too, and relish the opportunity to help service based business owners improve their sales numbers along with their profit.
